Blank page on saved, corrections, missing strings about smtp HOT 4 CLOSED

Try again with latest Ossn build and latest SMTP build

Settings saved now, but email are still send by php-mailer:

Also how works the component ?
For my smtp server, before to send an email I need to make a pop authentification.
