The 'Combinations' object is not returning the expected values when used in Windows 10.

For left inlet (2 5) and right inlet (2), result is nil.
Expected result is ((2 2) (2 5) (5 2) (5 5)).

I tested the patch on a Mac computer with no issues. See attached images.

In musicuser-csptechn.lisp in sources/musiccpsgenerator folder is either with om:: package prefix (or without) while this function is defined in the Situation.lisp main file as a cl-user:: package function. Maybe change om:: to cl-user:: in order to get it working. (tested it but not thouroughly).
