Printing each address is a nice way to see progress, but it could compromise privacy. Prefer if you print some sort of non-sensitive progress metric, along, possibly, with a status (success/fail).

Ideally we'd want to move all print statements to a logger, but let's leave that for enhancement.

So this isn't your fault, but come csv writers will mess up the write to csv because the colnames have spaces. Suggest you use CamelCase or under_score colnames in samples.

AWS has just launched a geocoder that is reasonably cheap - AWS Location.

Looks like the bit of the API that we would be interested in is SearchPlaceForText

Would you please add the Bing geocoder. Code from geocoder package will probably help with the implementation.

We have an API key, so please let us know if need it for dev/testing. Also happy to help out with reviewing the PR.

This script will defintely be used for all WC addresses, possibly all SA addresses, so please don't hardcode to Cape Town.
