Describe the bug

lal container disk leak since no crontab clean the records

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. run lal container
2. hippocampus send rtmp stream to lal server for a while
3. /var/lib/docker/overlay2 will increase about 4G per hour per hippocampus instance
4. docker exec -it lalserver bash
5. ls lal/lal_record/hls/*, you can find the output ts files which define path in /lal/conf/lalserver.conf.json

1. 进入设备管理页面新建摄像头设备，填写正确的视频流地址
2. 进入云控中心大屏，点击摄像头名称，播放视频
3. 视频播放不流畅，会卡顿转圈
