Al concretar la integración con Magento 2.3 (instalación fresca) todos los correos del sistema (formas de contacto, confirmaciones, password resets, etc.) se envían sin contenido (null)

Para la versión de Magento 2.4.6-p3 al realizar bin/magento setup:upgrade aparece el siguiente error
Class "Zend\Mime\PartFactory" does not exist , esta clase pertenece a este repositorio, el cual ha sido abandonado desde 2019 y se movió a Laminas\Mime https://github.com/zendframework/zend-mime?tab=readme-ov-file

Las clases Zend se utilizan en app/code/Openpay/Stores/Mail/Template/TransportBuilder.php y en app/code/Openpay/Stores/Mail/Message.php

When we install by composer then it makes two copies.
One in vendor and other in app/code.
Is there any reason to do it like this way?

I'm getting this error message when saving my configuration:

"Something went wrong while saving this configuration: Could not connect with webhook service, verify URL"
