wp2_pub's Issues

Share working documents on GitHub repos

  • decide on a sharing policy for wp2.2
  • decide on interfaces with other data storage tools
  • decide on synchronisation policy within these interfaces
  • deploy these policies

Study of existing indicators for measuring PDP health

Create a .md document in the WP2.2 repo summarizing the literature read on the topic and communicating what we can learn and reuse from these sources. At best, for each relevant piece of literature:

  • reference
  • short description of interesting concepts
  • eventually links with other pieces of literature (same method as blabla, same authors as blabla, etc).

Plus: a reading list potentially relevant papers.

  • Create *.md document for this purpose in the WP 2.2 repository.
  • Summarise academic papers with a few bullet points of key take-aways from each.

Prepare git-mining paper by 2020-07-01?

Per the email from Jean-François on 2020-04-23, they expect a paper submitted to the Design Science journal by 2020-07-01 for review.

At some point we should discuss and work on this.

Generate DSMs based on file versioning data mined in git-like repos

  • test the script on more repositories
  • feed the script a list of repositories instead of one at a time (new config parameter)
  • Identity management (#15)
  • Pull github issues
  • Generate interaction graphs based on file co-edition and issue participation
  • Generate DSMs based on file co-edition and issue participation
    • first: test with considering a link between files when they are showing up in the same commit.
    • second: experiment with weighting between files depending on the frequency of their co-editions within commits.
