This should be included as a build step so that that .pot file always reflects the theme.

Hey John,

So I was wondering if you use the mobile menu with underscores a lot. I keep finding that it is not flexible enough for the designs I have been getting and I never use it. Besides the JS file, there are styles for it are in reset.css. I actually just spent an hour tracking down a funky issue with my nav when the styles below were in reset.css the whole time. If you think it would be useful to keep the mobile nav that comes with underscores I think we should move it's styles from reset.scss to header.scss so it is easier to work with. Opinions?
