Add a clear database button in the header.

In the Host section, when the user clicks "Yes" display all the fields to enter. If the user clicks "No" scroll automatically to the next section.

Add the "people list" component to those sections. When the user clicks on the "Add Person" button. It will add the name information that the user entered in the "Verbatim Name" field to the "People List" component.

When the user clicks on the "Download CSV" button, this should write all the data to a CSV and clear the database once the records have been written.

The header should stay fixed to the top of the page as the user scrolls through the form.

More clearly distinguish between placholder text and when a user has already entered text. Perhaps, blur the placeholder text a bit.

The moment I started reading through all of the fields, I felt these were the same ones as in the excel, and that they would be trained by Christine. The ones that might need a further explanation are actually our fields, which are mostly buttons!!!

Have the style be the same for when a user has not yet chosen any thing from a closed set list or entered anything into a text box.

The style should also be the same when the user has entered text into a text input or chosen an option in a closed set. This style should differ from above.

This should happen only when the person fills in their name and clicks the "Start" button.
