• (MicroPoint and FRAPPA specific) The crosshair ROI does not exist. For the MicroPoint, regular 2D regions will target the center point instead of the whole region. To fire multiple times within a region, one has to use a journal to replace it with smaller regions. These journals and their usage is described in the folder documentation for the Micropoint (https://github.com/omsai/journals/tree/master/micropoint). Eventually it will be moved into the DocuMorph notes.

Note that it is possible to do multiple field positions and Z, but without time.

Explain how to do mean intensity measurements, timestamps, etc.

• Quick focus possible by watching spot size on camera.
• Focus lens not paraxial, so laser needs re-centering periodically while adjusting focus.
