Make a function, that takes a certain region(ex- Unova) and a route (ex-route24) and returns a random pokemon that spawns on it, you could also customize the rates of getting a rare pokemon and make it harder to summon.

Add a usage example in the README.

To parse all the data I am thinking of using a parser directory, it is to return the data using property decorators of respective objects in the pokeclient/objects directory.
They are gonna parse the raw_data property of the objects.
