If you could add a demo of your theme it would be appreciated.

Hello, I'm trying to create a codeblock, using your theme.
First, I've tried default markdown syntax:

some code
```

It didn't take any effect, though.
Then I've tried kramdown syntax like:

~~~~
some code
~~~~

and

~~~ ruby
some code
~~~

I've also tried:

{% raw %}
some code
{% endraw %}

HTML tags <pre><code> don't work either.

Could you, please, advise on it? Is there anything should be adjusted in the theme itself to allow syntax highlighting?

On mobile, hamburger menu overlaps with the title. (This is not an issue on desktop when narrow.) Where would I be able to add some padding to fix this?
