Dataset contains unlicensed photos

Hi @Olament, cool project! However, I noticed there doesn't seem to be any parsing to determine if photos are licensed for use and the datasets include many observations that are not licensed for use.

I'm not expert on copyrights or licensing so I'm not sure how that applies here, but you may want to consider reaching out to iNaturalist regarding the use of these photos from users who have not released them for use or excluding them from the dataset.

429 Too Many Requests when downloading images

When I run datacollection/main.go, the script runs but eventually starts to get 429 responses when downloading images. It just puts the XML response into the .jpg file and continues on. Is there a remedy for this?
