Recommended way to implement dynamic redirect URI's?

Given that OAuth rejects dynamic redirect URI's, what is the recommended secure practice for implementing dynamic login redirects, for scenarios such as:

Getting the user back onto the page they were on, when the session expires?
Clicking through email alerts to specific application pages?
Allowing Okta-authenticated websites to be bookmarked?

Org2Org Integration Features Are Missleading

Okta Support website has an incorrect information about Org2Org app on this page.

The article states:

Users created in Okta are also created in the connected org.

This is not true. It is the opposite, users created in the connected org will be created in central Okta! Same goes for the other features description.

It is misleading and should be updated. Refer to another Okta Support article for example of the correct phrasing of the features.

Please post license

Can someone include the license for this package on GitHub? The latest Docker image for Alpine NGINX pulls it in and our license scanning software (Whitesource) raises it as a violation since it has no license posted.
