oh right, we can also add jishaku, a discord.py debug cog, that would just need to be installed via pip and added as an extension (bot.load_extension("jishaku"))

we could delete InferConfig() and instead use a TOML section for defining these stuff
and also will get rid of other stuff, such as parameters in Chatbot()
overall we should just use a config file for it all
