ICD10 released new COVID ICD10 codes in January 2021. We're now 2 months after this release and these codes are not incorporated in a vocabulary release.
When can vocabulary users expect to see an ICD10 vocabulary update? Is there a release schedule of upcoming vocabularies being integrated?
I believe this is a known issue, but I want to capture it here:
We are loading the CSVs from the OMOP VOCAB into MS SQL SERVER via SSIS. But some of the CSV values contain characters which are column or row delimiters. Characters that could be treated as delimiters are escaped with a backslash - however SSIS cannot deal with this without custom scripts. I'm assuming while not the best for SSIS this might be the best solution cross platforms.

XYLENE\,ANHYDROUS LIQUIDRow delimiters are not the same in different versions of the VOCABs. So this has led to some problems with parsing. And date formats have differed. Just something to be mindful of for those of us who have scripts to load the VOCABs.
As long as the source to concept mapping type is being uses to define the domain of the target, I think the mapping_type should match the domain name. But the domain name is 'Place of service', while the mapping type name is 'Place of Service.
Recently Vocabulary download for V4.5 has box_size column in drug_strength file. This column has to be included in DDL.
