ok, button is now hidden for ETH and for tokens with 0 balance.

I've implemented this button but as you said for ETH provider.getGasPrice() estimates it much less than what metamask wants when the transaction popsup. I don't know how to handle. also what is msg.value? @DZGoldman if you wan't to check this out it is a setMaxAmount method in NetworkBox.tsx

okay yeah this is a bit tricky; I can expose a method to estimate the eth cost, but i don't think this is high priority - for the moment, can we just only show the max button for tokens?
