Hello,
I came across this issue and, after reviewing the details and replicating the bug as described, I'd like to propose a potential solution to the "Add Chain" button unresponsiveness.
Proposed Solution:
Considering the problem seems to stem from a UI layout or styling conflict, I suggest exploring the possibility of realigning the "Add Chain" button to the left side. This change could potentially prevent any hidden overlay issues or CSS conflicts that are causing the button to become unclickable.
