@DZGoldman I've implemented first 2 points, but for the third I'm not sure what exactly is needed. On every deposit/withdraw popup should come on and say what exactly?

Below is screen shot of what we have now in the current UI (this pops up after you click deposit, and similar one for when you click withdraw).

Let's use the following text:

Deposit:

You are about to deposit {Ether or token name} from L1 into Arbitrum! It will take ~10 minutes for you to see your balance credited on L2. 

Moving your funds back to L1 Ethereum (if you later wish to do so) takes ~1 week.

Would you like to proceed?

Withdraw:

`You are about to initiate a {Ether or token name} withdrawal from Arbitrum to Ethereum!

Once initiated, you will have to wait ~1 week, after which you will be able to claim your funds on L1 for roughly 200k gas. 

Would you like to proceed?`

And both with "proceed" and "no thanks" buttons
