Instead of loading tokens from file allow ClientLogin class to read them from a dict.
This way tokens can be stored in any other way.

Trying to work out if MP4 actually need transcoding or not. First part suggests they don't, then a contradictory statement that says anything that is not a MP3 will be transcoded...

Can the documentation be clarified? I plan on using this on a NAS device that's not really powerful enough for mass-transcoding.....
