@nuxtjs/storybook の build が成功しない

ここの nuxtBuilder.build() で .nuxt-storybook/layouts/default.vue が生成されて、この中身が components ディレクトリ内部のファイルをコピーしているので、エラーになる

デプロイフローに Deployments API を組み込む

今は master ブランチに push があったらデプロイする感じになっているけど、GitHub Actions で on: deployment に対してデプロイする感じにしたい
