codebar-git-workshop's Issues

Add visual styles to the text of the setup page

Edit styles.css to add visual styles to the setup page to improve readability.

Add styles to the links, code tags and strong tags and anything else you thing would make the page easier to read.

For example code snippets might look good as white on black like in a terminal.

Or maybe the links should have a different colour.

Be creative, but the most important thing is that the setup page text is easy to follow.

Add visual styles to the schedule

Edit styles.css to add visual styling to the schedule table on the index page

There is a link to the design guide below, but feel free to be creative.

However it is important that:

  • The different sections in the right hand column can be distinguished
  • The hours in the left hand column are easy to read
  • The hours line up properly with the sections in the right hand column

Add your photo into your group, and write text about what you learnt

This one is for everyone.

Make a branch with the ticket number and then your name, so all the branches are different.

EG. 17-danielvanberzon

Edit the groups.html page to add your photo into the group.

Your photo should be in...

/images/photos

Then edit the text underneath your photo to tell everyone what you have learned today.

Add alt text to all images and logos

Edit index.html and setup.html and groups.html to add sensible alt text to all images and logos in the.

Alt texts should be descriptive to allow people experiencing the website through a screen reader to understand the context of the image.

For example "Ocasta studios logo" rather than "logo"
