The tool should communicate isotope cost.

This will be pretty TBD since I want to take great care in planning this out so as to not shit up the UI.

Lots of changes (cyno, citadel-gen structures, etc.) are not accounted for by the tool.

• account for any new structures, jump methods, etc.

Will need to update this with mechanically accurate requirements once I start work on it.

As reported: the tool needs to correctly account for conduiting, wherein the role bonus for blops fatigue reduction should be applied.

• any non-blops, being conduited:
  • receives the role bonus reduction of the blops performing the conduit

• any blops,performing conduit:
  • receives its own role bonus reduction normally

• any blops, being conduited:
  • receives a double-reduction from the role bonus, raw-multiplicatively: first for its own role bonus, and again for the role bonus of the blops performing the conduit
