For Developer

Install these list with composer

/node_modules
/public/storage
/storage/*.key
/vendor
/.idea
Homestead.json
Homestead.yaml
.env

or copying from another installation and then run composer update.

or just simply install all composer denpendencies by running composer install.

Create a new .env file

Could copy from existing .env.example file. Update relevant settings (DB_DATABASE, DB_USERNAME,...).

Generate an app encryption key

Running php artisan key:generate.

Migrate the database.

Running php artisan migrate.

Seed intial database info.

Running php artisan db:seed to generate intial database info and enjoy exploring the app.
