Yes, it's only the 4 precompiled kmod packages we shipped this afternoon.
This is now fixed (RPMs signed) and new kmod packages for the 4.18.0-305.10.2 kernel are available.
$ sudo dnf clean all
$ sudo dnf module install nvidia-driver:470
kmod-nvidia-470.57.02-4.18.0-305.10.2 x86_64 3:470.57.02-3.el8_4 cuda-rhel8-x86_64 25 Mfrom yum-packaging-precompiled-kmod.
