Limit erc20 tokens to 1000. Internal mint function should not be exposed

As discussed, users can

• specify amount they want to transfer
• choose eth->bsc or bsc -> eth

Successful transfer should be reflected on the app

• Reflect amount of tokens on eth and bsc.
• Check amt transferred is within limit, show insufficient funds msg if needed (i.e. if there is 50 tokens on bsc, user transferring 60 tokens should output an error msg instead)
