Dynamically generates the table of contents

Automatically generate the table of contents from the Content of a page or, more generally, from any HTML field.
This module can be used without the CMS.
composer require entidi/silverstripe-autotoc
Manual installation is probably possible but not really tested.
Basically it boils down to the following commands:
composer update
vendor/bin/phpunit

I installed this module, it worked great, except that IDs not inserted into HTML content => links do not work in TOC. What did I do wrong?
Also, why not extend HTMLText and add the Tocification in there as a method, just like Nice or Summary. This will just add the anchors.

getTOC() always returns an array but scrutinizer propose a `string|array'.
