We are using angstrom on a mesos-0.21.1 cluster and are getting rather weird output from the web frontend:

Notice how the cluster only has 4 cpus total, but the yellow slack cpus line shows far more occasionally. Is this supposed to look like this? And if so, how would it be interpreted?
