Hi!

I am developing a ExtraValidatorBundle (much like yours) and I would like to borrow your French specific validators and add them in FR folder in my bundle.

As you can see, I already added all major credit cards, and some validators specific for Spain.

So, is it ok to you if I pick your validations, add some tests to it and mention you in my README.md?
