1. You're right. The installation command should be pip3 install -e gym-line-follower. I will update the readme with this fix. Thanks for noticing.
2. This does not matter if you only have one python and pip.

The problem is this:
After you install the environment you should run import gym_line_follower at least once, to add the environment to gym registry. This is demonstrated in the included example. I will update the readme to make it clearer.
