When the default settings are loaded on a new installation the enable_registration ends up loading as a '1' instead of the string true.

There is currently no way to setup the first user. It requires a manually query change.

Change nav icon and icon next to date to be settings so they are customizable.

Have a place to store external application settings (or should they go in the database?).

Add a controller action to display all posts in JSON format so that they can be exported easily. This should probably be secured behind authentication

When clicking on the "flash" to review settings, the edit in place does not work without a refresh.

1. Click on "review" in flash
2. Try to edit in place
3. Nothing happens...
