Is it just a PoC or are you going to evolve the project more?

Currently, while using the composition api e.g. using setup() lifecycle hooks are not executed. Reactivity is not performed at all regardless of this or acts strangely if it does, the basis is it is not consistently re-rendering the component when it should be.

I'm not exactly sure how to resolve this and am marking it up as help wanted to see if anyone notices anything. These lifecycle hooks and reactivity works as expected with Vue 3 runtime-dom (Preview Vue's example here) but I am not sure why they don't work here. I have browsed the vue-next code up and down to see if I'm missing something and I have not seen anything.
