This happens hen sitecopy is C-c or terminal lost etc. On next run sitecopy will show all kinds of error related to "remote site has been changed externally".

When verifying a site, sitecopy includes excluded directories and tells the user:

sitecopy: Verify found 493 files missing from server.
sitecopy: Remote site not synchronized with stored state.

However, those 493 files are in the "excluded" directory in the config file.

Would be good to be able to ignore these from the --verify command to only show unintentional differences between local/remote directories.

As now sitecopy does not have socket timeout, so it hangs indefinitely on — say — lost connection. Adding one would improve UX.
