how can I show banner ads?

Hey, Im trying to use this plugin to show some Ads. For Rewarded Ads works well (AdColony's Ads is shown), but if i change the Zone to one with banner ad configuration. I get an error "AdColonyPlugin: Request interstitial failed with error"

There is a Bug

Great plugin! There is a bug, when the internet/wifi get disabled, the ads does not appear again even though if the internet come back. And it stay that way until you completely turn off the app. In android, the app doesn't get completely turn off when you quit the app. So the plugin always go into error when trying to fill the requests and show no ads forever. Maybe add a destroy or reset function for the plugin, so the plugin can restart when it get hung with no ads.

Ionic 4 Cordova Android app crashes when loading ad

I wanted to use this plugin in my Ionic 4 Cordova app to escape the AdMob monopoly but encountered the following crash when trying to load an ad. I have followed the same steps as in https://github.com/ferdil/AdColonyCordovaDemo
