Improve indexer.py

• Make indexer.py check if file is already indexed.
• Add a hash of the lyrics to the index.
• Add a hash of the midi to the index?
• Rename .db to .json
• Don't remove file extension. Add .lyrics extension.
• Make args pretty.
• Log events.

• Re-organize the code
• Create helper and proper documentation

• Find a way to convert mp3 to midi in a good way
• Find a way to integrate the midis with the Restricted Boltzman Machine

Improve makeuplink.py

• Create config file.
• Implement multi document upload.
