I am receiving this error

There was no endpoint listening at https://ws.fedex.com/web-services/rate that could accept the message. This is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action. I'm running nop 4.6.4


and the FedEx 2.01 plugin

While the plugin has an option in the admin configuration for FedEx SmartPost, it is not including the required fields in the requests to FedEx - therefore the response never contains SmartPost rates.

• The RequestedShipment node needs SmartPostDetail defined - namely the IndiciaSpecified and Indicia fields
  -- IndiciaSpecified should be true
  -- Indicia needs to have the SmartPost service type like Parcel Select, Media Mail (CD), or Bound Printed Matter. Parcel Select would probably be the most general option if not wanting to give the admin the ability to pick.
• "FXSP" needs to be added to the CarrierCodes.

Also, FedEx has rebranded SmartPost to Ground Economy.

I'll follow up with a pull request shortly to address these.

Let's use the latest API version. Currently we fetch FedEx rates Version 16. But there's Version 31 available.

The currently used version does not get the right prices anymore (Example INTERNATIONAL_PRIOIRTY is no longer available with FedEx) and missing some other shipping options such as FedEx_INTERNATIONAL_PRIOIRTY and FedEx_International Economy and so on.

Update the plugin for versions 4.60+

For nopCommerce version 4.60 and above, it is necessary to consider switching to a new FedEx API, since next year at least tracking orders using the old protocol will stop working. Below is a warning from the official website:
