Instance console error

The vnc_enabled and novnc_enabled settings set to False by Charm. The error message is console is currently unavailable. Please try again later.

Can not to login instance

Can ping and telnet but can not ssh to instance.

Swift cannot create container and list contents

When i create container from horizon, I got the error:

Can not create container

I found the log of swift are:
