• Wi-Fi (at the very least for speakers)
• Food and Beverages

• Invited Speakers
• Selected CFP Speakers

Tasks:

• Pick dates
  • Call for sponsors open
  • CFP open
  • CFP close
  • Call for sponsors close
  • Event date
• Resolve venue #1
• Create a minimal website following the ONESHOT template #4
• Open up the CFP through Google Forms

• Create minimal sponsor brochure
• Invite sponsors to support oneshot/buenosaires
• Figure out our budget based on #1 and our invited speakers

I want to change the team's name to "Argentina" and add the other organizers but I'm not a maintainer, could you please add me as one @mikeal?
