Users should be able to convert a CSV file to a POTA ADIF file easily in the browser, without downloading any software.

Out of laziness I only set it up to convert 20 m and 40 m bands to the format needed for SOTA. This should be addressed.

I haven't looked into how to do this yet, but ideally one could do a global yarn or npm install and have the CLI available. Right now, you have to check out the project and run it directly.

It would be great to be able to convert a single log into both POTA and SOTA formats, particularly when doing a joint SOTA/POTA activation.

Completion will require the addition of "Other Summit" and "Notes" fields, in addition to adding the ability to provide the operator's summit identifier, similar to how they are currently able to provide their park identifier.

This will require:

• Support for more log entry fields
• A mechanism by which to limit the fields that are included in the output (for the sake of not bloating the POTA output)
• A CLI interface to choose the output kind
• Some mechanism by which to handle the header data needed in Cabrillo logs

Make a decent interface for use as a library, in addition to sorting out the CLI (#3, #4, #5), and then publish to npm

Add some info the README about usage, the website frontend, and the new SOTA functionality
