Viewing a webpage in Reader View will remove most of its site elements—(i.e., menus, ads, social media widgets, etc.) — and replace the font and overall color scheme styling with a more readable one.

The Reader view option is available in different browsers (Firefox, Safari, Chrome) and reader services (Pocket). michelletorres.dev doesn't work properly at the moment. For example, the Reader view button does not appear in Firefox.

The assumption is that the HTML markup is not properly formed and may be missing semantic tags.

Problem

The site uses font awesome 5.7. This version doesn't support the newest Twitter icon.

Proposal

Update to the latest version of Font Awesome and update to use the newest Twitter icon.

For social share previews, a good open graph image is recommended.
At the moment, the image is my photo avatar which is not professional and doesnt follow the image size recommendations.

Proposal

• Work on a better social media portrait
• Replace the image
• Update the meta tags to use the new image
