The examples file doesn't really provide much clarification on github and I'm not sure I can set up the test environment required for that examples server to work - how do I use this tool with webpack if I've installed this using sudo npm install --save @znemz/cesium-navigation? That is, how do I then import it into my typescript/javascript files to use the navigation window?

Dig in and figure out if we should keep or remove HammerJS.

I'm getting Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'defined' of undefined from the esm.js file. It seems to be an issue with how Cesium is being imported. It works if I use

• almond
• kockout * ext
• hammer see here
• markdownit & ext (sanitize)

If they are not needed they should be erased as they create bundle bloat.

Current thoughts:

Maybe keep hammer as the touch API might be relevant. Needs exploring.

• 3.1 remove knockout, maybe markdown

• hammer gets it's own ticket

The current version of Cesium is 1.59, however this project still has a dependency on 1.48 @nmccready
