504 gateway time-out error

Problem description

504 gateway time-out error received when sending notes to running phi-annotator-neuroner. Encountered the same error in both UI and using nlpsandbox python client for note annotation.

Reason: Gateway Time-out

Empty output folder after annotation request

NeuroNER saves prediction to a folder automatically. The content of this folder should be cleared after each annotation to prevent any disk full issues.
