A nitpick because gcc-latest is not in a predictable location. It would be nice to install update-alternatives for all toolchains so that others can use github action with matrix and then these can be changed via e.g. update-alternatives --set g++ $(which g++-8)

This breaks the CUDA toolkit installation step. If you aren't in a hurry to update, there's no need to do anything. I'll be proposing a bigger change (depending on how testing goes) after the 3.11.0 release.

With nlohmann/json#3703, all Clang and GCC compilers except g++-4.8 are used from the official images for Clang/GCC. Furthermore, the latest CMakeversion is used via lukka/get-cmake@latest

• Remove unused compilers.
• Remove Clang-Tidy and Clang-Analyzer.
• Remove code to get latest CMake.
