For circuits constructed with CXGateCircuit the decomposition of the CZ gate in terms of H-CNOT-H gates is wrong. See (https://qiskit.org/textbook/ch-gates/more-circuit-identities.html#c-from-cnot).

In qcdenoise/graph_circuit.py this has been updated on lines 87,88 and 97,98

If graph circuit is constructed using a nx.Digraph() object then the generators are constructed without issue, but the stabilizer coefficients are imaginary. Currently this just raises an error flag and stops the stabilizer routine.

the get_stabilizer method in GraphCircuit constructor class imports Sympy library -- need to check that this doesn't break GraphCircuit

Calling get_unique_operators()after defining the stabilizer (Pauli) strings (line 126 of stabilizers.py) causes error in the stabilizer circuit construction

self.find_stabilizers(**kwargs): defines the Pauli strings with associated coefficient character (+IIII)
get_unique_operators(): strips coefficient character

then with the default value of drop_coef=True the last Pauli operator is dropped (mis-interpreted as coefficient)
