Although the mirror of pypi is synchronized every 5 minutes, some packages don't seem to be up to date. 2023年12月，canonical公司宣布将linuxcontainers社区lxd项目收回并修改了开源协议，linuxcontainers社区fork了lxd项目并重命名为incus。canonical此举一并导致了社区为lxc和lxd项目维护的lxc-images和canonical公司为lxd提供的的源的分裂。当前nju lxc-images镜像同步自canonical的源，该源主要服务于canoncial的lxd项目，同时存在镜像更新滞后、未经过重复测试等缺点。同时，lxc社区重新为incus和lxc项目维护了新的images源。故此申请将lxc-images上游替换成lxc社区的源。

原因及解决方案

对比各家镜像中的channel-rust-stable.toml，发现NJU镜像的19798~19799行如下：
