Tasks tab not functional

The Task Plugin creates a tab in the explorer side bar, but it does not appear to be functional.

The words "TODO", "FIXME" and "OPTIMIZE" appear in a tree, but there are no items within each branch - I had expected each use of "#TODO" in the code to be shown in the Explorer.

All the plugin seems to do is highlight comments beggining "#TODO" in red, and even that does not work if the hash is followed by space as recommended by PEP8.

What I want is that "# TODO foo" will show "foo" in the explorer and clicking this will move the cursor to the line.

Ninja IDE 2.3 with Task Plugin 0.4 on Ubuntu Raring.
