Hubsearch

A website where Users can search Github usernames and view profiles. https://nimomaina.github.io/hubsearch/

Description

Hubsearch is a website that allows users to enter any Github username in a search bar and names matching the input will display Github profile information.

Development server

Run ng serve for a dev server. Navigate to http://localhost:4200/. The app will automatically reload if you change any of the source files.

Behaviour Driven Development

Behaviour Input Output
1. User views the landing page and clicks search user button None Search user page
2. User inputs a username on the search bar Github Username Information about that username account is displayed.
3. User can click the visit Github account Github account url Github Account

Setup/Installation Requirements

  • Have knowledge of Github, HTML, BOOTSTRAP, JAVASCRIPT, ANGULAR and CSS.
  • Install angular using $ npm install -g @angular/cli
  • Git clone the repository at https://github.com/nimomaina/hubsearch.git
  • change the directory on your terminal to open the folder; cd hubsearch
  • Run $ ng serve on your terminal
  • On your web browser open the link using http://localhost:4200/ The app will automatically reload if you change any of the source files.
