it downloads from youtube not spotify

Hello!
When a file downloading is finished, I have a WebM file. Of course, I can rename the file (song*webm -> song*mp3, but it will be incorrect. If I converted the file, quality of file would be worse.
Can I replace something in main.py or spotify.py for download MP3 files?

if you run bot locally it downloads the song on your laptop or pc but gives the user in the chat 404 eror

the problem is when i want to deploy the bot to Heroku it says "We couldn't deploy your app because the source code violates the Salesforce Acceptable Use and External-Facing Services Policy."
and i even made another rep using your codes and it still didnt work , do you have any solution for this ?
