I feel like the invalid t/ should have the same message as empty t/ as people who enter invalid t/ would probably want to see what they can choose from.

Data file is not found in same directory as [JAR file location] on my device but in my root folder instead.

P.S You misspelt the word misspelt in your UG (too insignificant to bring up as an issue)

This feature is very cool and convenient! But when I press the up button for previous command, it returns the second last command.

After trying a few times, I realized that the actual previous command is returned by using the down command which is counter intuitive? Since down is usually for next command instead of previous.

view t/activity does not exist but feedback does not reflect this.

There is a similar issue with view t/doctor

In the user guide, the phone number constraints are "Singapore number". Perhaps the regex could be improved upon such that it matches the constraint?

Description may potentially overflow but there is no way to view the full description.
Perhaps the UI could be changed in a way that makes this possible? Not sure if this would help but you could refer to JavaFX titled panes.

The UI does not respond- i.e. no feedback is shown.

I understand this was mentioned as a constraint in UG but perhaps, there should be user feedback for this error.

edit t/activity has the same issue

Any type of clear command will reset the profile of the user. Personally, I think only the general clear command should reset the profile? clear t/patient or any other specific clears should not.
