as a User I should be able to go to admin panel and:

• see Items tab (access)
• be able to create a new Item
• be able to upload a pdf and associate it with that Item
• embeddings should be created automatically after Item is saved to db

item model table and admin view created with text and embedding fields.

• reduce or remove empty lines from parsed pdfs

split long pdfs into multiple item instances and link them together

• 4000 chars chunks
• link item using next and previous association to other items (chunks)
