After uploading a large data file (300 genotype x ~14500 SNP markers) when I went for 'Start Analysis' an Ajax error appeared. I tried different browsers and the error sustained. I followed the instructions (https://datatables.net/manual/tech-notes/7) of debugging but it didn't work at all.

I'm getting the following error message when I try and install the package using devtools::install_github(repo = "nicocriscuolo/StructuRly", dependencies = T)

ERROR: dependency 'shinymeta' is not available for package 'StructuRly' install.packages("shinymeta")

when I try install.packages("shinymeta") it says it is not available for R4.0.2.

Do you have any idea how to solve this?

Please tell me, is it possible to set a free size for each block when building a barplot using grouping by pop_id? The fixed size is very problematic if the number of samples between groups varies greatly.

After I imported the raw genetic data, how do I generate the csv file needed to be used for the population analysis, I noticed that the sample data files contain the StructureAnalysis.csv that has K1, K2, K3, and K4, but I am not sure where to get such a file.

thank you very much for your code. I want to plot a K100 admixture matrix ..but i get obviusly alimitation in colors, please would be possible add some modification to allow this?
